The business is already generating recurring revenue, working with paying customers and preparing for a major national expansion. He isn’t simply a brand ambassador. We’re now recruiting our first Regional Business Development Managers across the UK. The Opportunity This isn’t simply another sales role. You’ll be responsible for developing long term commercial partnerships with holiday park operators across your region, helping them increase sales, grow their businesses and become part of what we believe will become the UK’s leading marketplace for lodges and caravans. You’ll also play a key role in introducing our new Verified Parks National Charter , a landmark initiative designed to recognise and promote the very best holiday parks across the UK while helping raise standards throughout the industry. This is a genuine opportunity to help shape a business from the beginning. The senior commercial positions of tomorrow will be filled by the people who prove themselves today. What you’ll be doing • Developing relationships with holiday park owners and senior decision makers • Winning new business across your region • Introducing holiday parks to our innovative marketing platform and commercial services • Representing Lodges & Caravans For Sale at meetings, exhibitions and industry events • Working directly with the founders to help shape the future growth of the business Uncapped commission and bonus with realistic first year earnings of £100,000+ • Business mileage from day one • Company car for top performers • 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays • Pension • Laptop and mobile phone • Genuine career progression into senior commercial leadership • Who we’re looking for You’ll already be an accomplished business development professional with a proven track record of building relationships and winning new business at director and board level. Confident presenting to directors, business owners and senior stakeholders • Ambitious and looking for more than just another sales role • Willing to travel throughout your region Holiday park industry experience would be an advantage but isn’t essential. We’re far more interested in exceptional business development professionals who want to build something significant.
