We are looking for a friendly, adaptable, committed and experienced member of staff to join our Creative Enterprise Team at The Lodge Trust.
- Work with residents and the team to produce quality products for sale.
- Practical support for the Creative Enterprise manager on-site projects.
- Manage the work team of people with learning disabilities to fulfill their potential.
- Support residents on outings and other activities.
- Support Lodge Trust events such as Sale days and Families day.
Hours: Full-time - 40 hours per week (Mon - Fri 8:30am - 5pm)
Depending on experience. In addition to making a real difference to people's lives:
- 20 days' annual leave;
- Learning and development opportunities;
- Pension contributions (4% employer plus 5% employee);
- Country Park set in ten acres of meadowland with Café and Outdoor Gym.
