Security Officer Role:
- Protect staff, stock & customers
- Prevent theft
- Partner with store management teams
- Deliver professionalism and customer service
- Use ASCONE for shoplifting prevention
- Ensure safety of employees and customers
- Maintain a visible deterrent presence
Requirements:
- Valid SIA license
- UK right to work & 5-year work history
- Customer service skills
- Smart appearance
- Ability to follow procedures
- Calm under pressure
- Retail/leisure experience (preferred)
- Must drive and own a car
- Fully flexible to cover shifts at short notice
- Willing to cover shifts in the stores within the area cluster
- Able to support with night shifts as required
- Available to work 5 out of 7 days, including weekends
- Support with operational duties, attend RAC meetings/briefings, assist with ad hoc requests
