Area Manager – South London

£38,000pa + potential £4,000 KPI driven bonus scheme + Company Car (Tesla M3 or similar)

Are you looking for a varied and interesting role where you can make a difference?

We are seeking a professional and motivated Area Manager to join our fabulous operations team, managing part of the South London Region to look after our amazing team members and support delivery to our clients.

Responsible for the operational running of an established area, duties include:

  • Conducting client visits and developing relationships
  • Scheduling and visiting our amazing Security Colleagues
  • Promoting learning and development within the Team via Lodge Training Portal
  • Identifying vacancies and supporting recruitment/onboarding process
  • Managing own accounts to maintain targeted KPIs
  • Business Development – Incentives on business retention and growth
  • Driving our company values, mission, vision, and principles to retain our employee of choice culture
