Lodge Security is seeking an experienced HR/ER Advisor to own end-to-end employee relations casework across our operations. This role is based at our Cirencester or Redditch offices with a hybrid model and a minimum of three on-site days per week.
You will translate employment legislation into sound, commercially balanced decisions, coach managers, ensure GDPR-compliant documentation, and help drive strategic organisational changes within a fast-paced environment.
