Lodge Park Academy is seeking an Attendance Welfare Officer to support the culture, ethos and wellbeing of the Academy. You will work closely with families to remove barriers to learning or attendance, helping students stay safe, engaged and ready to learn.
Reporting to the Vice Principal, you will join a pastoral and welfare team dedicated to student happiness and success, with a focus on safeguarding and inclusive support across the school community.
