About this Role

We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and passionate person to work as part of a small team of 5, delivering a bespoke curriculum for up to 10 children aged 4–7 with complex needs, including Autism. This person will work alongside the SENDCo and wider school team, taking a child‑lead approach to engage students in a play‑based curriculum grounded in their interests. A strong understanding of child development, play‑based teaching and working with complex needs is essential.
