Quality Inspector Wigan | Permanent | £42,500 Are you a skilled Quality Inspector with a background in machined components? Lodestone Recruitment is partnered with a well-established manufacturing company in Wigan that is looking for a Quality Inspector to join its team. They’re an innovative business with a strong reputation for looking after their staff. The Role: You’ll inspect machined components using a range of measuring equipment to ensure parts meet the required specifications. Inspections will cover Goods Inwards, Pre-Paint and Final Inspection, and you’ll be responsible for keeping inspection documentation up to date. Quality inspection experience is preferred, but machinists who have inspected their own components will also be considered. What You’ll Need: Quality inspection experience, or machining experience including inspecting your own parts Experience working with machined components Confident using measuring equipment such as micrometers, verniers and calipers What You’ll Gain: Salary: £42,500 per annum (£20.93/hr) Hours: Monday to Thursday 06:45 – 15:15, Friday 06:45 – 14:15 Interested?
