Lodestone Recruitment are currently working in partnership with our client in Sheffield who have a requirement for a Quality Inspector.

Our clients are a rapidly growing business, that have doubled in size in the last 2 years, and have very exciting plans for future projects and growth. They are looking for an experienced Quality Inspector, who has an understanding of fabrication and laser cutting.

The ideal candidate must:

  • Have experience in fabrication or laser cutting.
  • Have worked with various measuring gauges, such as micrometers, verniers and calipers.
  • Ideally have experience using CMM machines, such as Faro Arm, Mititoyo, or Aberlink.
  • Have good attention to detail.
  • Have experience in dimensional inspection, visual inspection, First-offs, and Final inspections.
  • Have experience with Quality inspection documentation.

What the company can provide:

  • A salary of 31,000- 32,000.
  • An excellent company pension (You contribute 5%, the company contributes 10%).
  • On-site parking.
  • Regular days – 37.5hr working week (7:30am – 3:30pm).
  • Overtime, paid at T1/2.
