Lodestone Recruitment are currently working in partnership with our client in Sheffield who have a requirement for a Customer Service Administrator. Our client is part of a global manufacturing business who provide industrial equipment to various sectors. They are looking for someone with strong administration skills with a background in providing customer service to either engineering, steel or manufacturing sectors.

Candidates should have the following experience to be considered for the role:

  • Ideally have a background in Customer Service, Account Management, After Sales or Administration and worked in Engineering, Manufacturing or Steel sectors.
  • Dealing with all correspondence from customers & suppliers to ensure deliveries are carried out.
  • Working with customers either by phone or email providing pricing, delivery, and site visit information, and coordinate directly with service engineers to arrange their initial customer visit, ordering of spare parts required, and follow up visits.
  • Collating and Reviewing documentation.
  • Be a good people person by building rapport with clients and have the ability to build effective working relationships with customers/clients.
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft packages (Word, Excel and Power-Point) and invoice based systems.
