Lodestone Recruitment are currently working in partnership with our client in Sheffield who have a requirement for a Certification Administrator. They specifically supply castings to sectors like Defence, Oil and Gas and Aerospace sectors.
Candidates should have the following experience to be considered for the role:
- Ideally have a background in Administration or document control and worked in Castings, Engineering, Manufacturing or Steel sectors.
- Ideally have a good eye for detail or have knowledge or experience of interpreting Engineering drawings.
- Collating and Reviewing documentation prior to being released to customers.
- Quality Assurance experience.
- Generating certificates of conformance in accordance with strict requirements or worked with documents and processed them to instruction.
- Working closely with personnel at all levels, both internal and external to effectively compile all the necessary documents required to certify products in accordance with customer requirements in various sectors such as Oil and Gas.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft packages (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
- Use of in-house ERP system.
- Creating First Article Inspection Reports.
The company is located in Sheffield.
The offer for the role of Certification Administrator:
- Salary - £26k/per annum
- Hours - 8am-4pm with option for flexibility on these hours, so could start at 7am.
- Company pension
- On-going training provided
- This is a permanent contract going straight onto the books of the company.
