Are you an experienced CNC Miller looking for better pay and a 3-day weekend?
Lodestone Recruitment is working with a respected Bradford engineering business with nearly 100 years in precision manufacturing. Following growth and investment, they re adding an experienced CNC Miller to their night shift team.
You ll be machining high-performance components for the automotive, aerospace, oil & gas, marine and heavy equipment sectors, as part of a team known for quality and craftsmanship.
What s on offer
- £43,000 £48,000 DOE
- Monday to Thursday, 7:45pm 6:00am (39 hours), so every weekend is a long one
- Occasional overtime at time and a half
- Permanent from day one
- Annual pay review in line with inflation
- 20 days holiday + bank holidays (based on 4-day week)

What you ll need
- Apprentice-trained or time-served CNC Miller
- Programming or editing experience on Fanuc and/or Haas controls
- Confident machining high-grade steels and tough materials
- Able to work to tight tolerances from detailed engineering drawings
- Oil & gas, automotive or aerospace experience is a bonus, but not essential
