We focus on providing a modern approach to estate agency services while maintaining the quality of service of a traditional local agent. With over 50 years of combined experience living in Somerset and Dorset, our extensive network and local knowledge help provide a superior service to clients throughout the buying, selling, and letting process.

Role Description

This is a full-time Branch Manager role located in Bruton. The Branch Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of the Bruton branch, manage a team of staff, coordinate property sales, and liaise with clients, reporting to our Sales Director.

The successful candidate will have:

  • Experience in winning residential instructions - mid/high end of the market
  • Leadership skills for management of the office and its team
  • Proven delivery of outstanding customer service
  • Commitment to building lasting relationships
  • Strong communication both inside and outside the business
  • Excellent IT and digital skills for this fast-moving sector
