Compass Group UK & Ireland is seeking a Pastry Chef for an Independent School on a full-time basis. The role covers pastry, bakery and dessert production across breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea and special events, with a Monday–Friday pattern and one Saturday per month.
You will develop recipes, assist with menu costing, and uphold the highest standards of food safety and quality in a busy catering operation.
