Lodestone House at Uppingham School is seeking an enthusiastic Hub Sous Chef to join our catering team. Working within the Hub, you will prepare and deliver fresh, high-quality food to support the School's catering operation and maintain high standards across services.
You will lead a busy kitchen, ensure recipes and portion sizes are followed, supervise staff, manage stock, and uphold food safety and HACCP procedures, contributing to consistent, excellent meals for pupils and staff.
