We’re looking for an experienced Hospitality Manager to lead a high-quality hospitality operation in the heart of Central London. This is a hands‑on role for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, loves delivering outstanding service, and knows how to motivate teams to perform at their best.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Leading, coaching and developing a front‑of‑house hospitality team
  • Delivering exceptional guest experiences across hospitality and events
  • Managing daily operations, staffing, rotas and service standards
  • Ensuring health & safety, food safety and company standards are met at all times
  • Working closely with clients and stakeholders to exceed expectations
  • Driving commercial performance, controlling costs and maximising opportunities

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience as a Hospitality Manager or in a similar leadership role
  • Strong people management and communication skills
  • A passion for customer service and high standards
  • Confident in managing busy services and events
  • Commercially aware with good organisational skills
  • Flexible to work 5 days out of 7, including some evenings and weekends
