As a Hospitality Assistant Manager, you will contribute to a passionate and friendly team working in a fast-paced environment. You will provide exceptional service to our clients. You'll help manage client and contractual relationships in a commercial manner ensuring compliance and company policies are adhered to. You will help drive the hospitality operations to exceed customer requirements, generate new sales leads and actively encourage revenue growth across the department with an approach to profit maximisation.
Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:
- Greeting and looking after our guests so they go home delighted
- Serving customers, ensuring they receive an easy and seamless personalised experience
- Being knowledgeable about the menu and making recommendations to our guests
- Representing Compass Group UK&I and maintaining a positive brand image
- Complying with Food Handling & Hygiene standards
- Complying with Health & Safety regulations

- Have hospitality supervisory experience, with demonstrated ability to lead teams to deliver results

- Have experience in highly commercial and price sensitive markets
- Have excellent communication and presentation skills
- Have a track record of growing sales and retaining business
- Have a foodservice or similar background
- Have previous budget management and/or profit & loss responsibility
- Have the ability to communicate effectively to senior stakeholders
- Can demonstrate commercial awareness
- Be I.T & computer literate
