We're looking for a confident and hands-on Catering Manager to lead the catering operation at Lodestone House in Sutton . This is an excellent opportunity to take ownership of a busy catering operation, bringing together your people-management skills, commercial awareness and passion for delivering a quality food service. You'll be responsible for the efficient and effective running of the unit, ensuring food is prepared, cooked and served to the required standards while making the best use of stock, resources, company assets and your team.
