Compass Group UK&I, working with Chartwells, is recruiting an experienced Catering Supervisor for a part-time role contracted to 32 hours per week across 42 weeks per year.
You will oversee kitchens and service counters, ensure exceptional food and customer service, and support continuous improvements across our catering operation.
You'll lead from the front, train teams, monitor KPIs, uphold health and safety standards, and maintain a positive brand image across 6,000 venues.
