The Property Dispute Resolution team is looking to recruit an experienced Property Disputes Solicitor at Senior Associate level.

Job Role
This role will offer opportunities to work autonomously and with senior fee earners in a busy and thriving Property Dispute Resolution Team, based principally in Stratford upon Avon with the opportunity to work from the firm’s Birmingham office as well as the opportunity to work 2 days from home per week at the discretion of your manager after probation.
Key tasks and responsibilities
The ideal candidate will possess 8 to 10 years’ PQE in property/real estate disputes handling litigation for commercial clients, investors, institutions and private individuals with work spanning landlord and tenant disputes, real property disputes, possession and insolvency matters, dilapidations, forfeiture and tribunal proceedings and will have a proven record in successfully handling their own caseload.
The successful candidate will have a clear focus on providing a first-class service to clients, proactive marketing/profile-raising and exceptional client management, and will be joining a highly collaborative and collegiate culture.
We are looking for someone who:
- Is enthusiastic and forward-thinking;
- Has excellent time management skills, is able to prioritise their workload and meet deadlines;
- Can build relationships with clients, potential clients, intermediaries and colleagues;
- Has excellent communication skills as well as strong technical legal knowledge and good IT skills;
- Can work autonomously with common sense and initiative, and the ability to be a team player on complex matters.
