The predicted salary is between 72000 - 108000 £ per year.
We're looking for an interim Head of Legal to support our client for 9 - 12 months. Prior experience managing a legal team with a background in data centres, real estate or industrial/manufacturing is key.
This will be a maternity cover, starting as soon as possible. Your role will include:
- Overseeing the legal function across the EMEA region independently
- Acting as Head of Legal to support new data centre construction projects working alongside a senior construction lawyer
- Working on general commercial matters
- Supporting land acquisition projects and negotiation of land purchase agreements
- Facility management service contracts
- Supporting in-house paralegal and delegating work
- Managing external legal spend
Ideally, you'll have a strong background managing a small (or larger) legal team. Previous experience in data centres would be beneficial although a background in real estate, industrials, or manufacturing will also be considered.
This assignment will be full-time, starting as soon as possible, and is expected to run for 9 - 12 months.
