Commercial Marketing Lawyer | Interim Contract | 9-12 Months
We're working with a leading global technology business seeking an experienced Commercial Lawyer (8-15 PQE) to join its EMEA marketing legal team on an interim basis.
This is a fantastic opportunity to support high-profile marketing campaigns, commercial partnerships, promotions and advertising initiatives across multiple EMEA markets within a fast-paced and innovative environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Draft, review and negotiate a range of commercial agreements, including vendor, agency, sponsorship and event-related contracts
- Advise marketing and procurement teams on day-to-day commercial contracting matters
- Prepare terms and conditions for promotions, competitions, giveaways and consumer campaigns across EMEA
- Support marketing activations, partnership initiatives and brand campaigns
- Act as a key legal contact for business stakeholders and marketing teams
- Advise on advertising, consumer law, copyright and trademark matters
- Deliver practical, commercially focused legal advice to help campaigns launch efficiently and compliantly
What we're looking for:
- Qualified lawyer with 8-15 years' PQE
- Strong commercial contracts background
- Experience supporting marketing, advertising, consumer-facing or digital businesses
- Comfortable managing a high volume of work and operating independently
- Pragmatic, solutions-oriented approach
Location: Hybrid, Central London (1 day per week in office)
Duration: 9-12 months
Start: ASAP
Model: Employed contract only
Working Pattern: 4 or 5 days per week
