- Keyresponsibilitieswillinclude:
- AdvisingoncommercialcontractsacrosstheSugarandAnimalNutritiondivisions
- Supportinglarge-scaleB2Bsalesagreementswithmajorcustomers,includinghousehold-namemultinationalbusinesses
- Handlingprocurementmatters,includingITagreements,outsourcingarrangementsandcommodities-relatedcontracts
- Assistingwithcapitalexpendituretransactionsrelatingtotheacquisitionofequipmentandinfrastructureformanufacturingfacilities
- WorkingonAI-relatedinitiatives,includingplaybooksandlegalguidancematerials
- Managingday-to-daycommerciallegalissuesarisingacrossthebusiness
- SupportingthepetsupplementsbusinessionarangeofFMCGandconsumer-focusedlegalmatters
- Liaisingwithexternallawfirmsonsignificantdisputesthatareoutsourced
- Buildingstrongrelationshipswithstakeholdersacrossmultiplefunctionsanddivisions

- ConfidenceadvisingonbothB2BandB2Cmatters
- Experiencesupportingsophisticatedcommercialcustomersandstakeholders
- Knowledgeofprocurement,outsourcingandtechnologycontracts
- Abilitytomanageavariedworkloadwithminimalsupervision
- Comfortableoperatinginabusiness-facingenvironmentandbuildingstrongstakeholderrelationships
- Minimum3-7years' PQE,althoughtheteamisveryopentoconsideringmoreseniorlawyers
Fulltime,hybridwith1to3daysperweekinLondon.OccasionalUKtravelmayberequired.
