Location: Willow, Newbridge, Isle of Wight
Hours: Weekday and Weekend hours: 09:00-21:00 / Sleep in nights: 21:00-09:00
Contracted: Average of 36 hours per week minimum. Mixture of sleep-in and day shifts on a monthly rota basis.
Rate of pay - dependent on experience:
- Weekday: Up to £24.50 gross per hour
- Weekends: £26.50 gross per hour
- Sleep-in night rates: £220.26 gross per weekday night shift
LOD Care and Case Management are recruiting on behalf of our client, who is a confident young adult with a physical disability and complex medical needs located on the Isle of Wight. We are looking to expand her care team, which supports 24 hours a day on a 2:1 basis.
Experience with complex care needs is essential. You will work alongside a registered nurse at all times.
Essential:
- Experience in complex care needs, full refresher training provided
- Experience in manual handling, full refresher training provided
- Driver
- Confident working in a family home
