Clinicians will provide obstetric and gynecologic coverage through 24-hour in-house call shifts (8:00 AM to 8:00 AM) across inpatient and emergency room settings at an on-site facility in California, beginning in September on an ongoing basis. Clinical responsibilities include managing unassigned OB patients on the labor deck and main ER, unassigned GYN patients in the main ER, and providing physician coverage to the OB emergency medicine department. Call coverage is a required component of this assignment, and clinicians must maintain continuous on-site availability for all assigned obstetric and gynecologic cases throughout each designated coverage period. Board certification in Obstetrics and Gynecology, prescriptive authority, a minimum of 2-3 years of experience, and 2-year case logs are required for this position.
