Locum People are seeking a Consultant General Internal Medicine to work in Durham long term. The General Internal Medicine department within an established hospital in Durham is on the search for a Locum Consultant General Internal Medicine for a period of 3-6 months initially with a view to extend.

Responsibilities:

  • 40+ hours per week
  • 10 PA per week
  • On‑Call 1:5 schedule

Qualifications:

  • Must have at least 2 years’ experience in the UK at Stroke Consultant Level with MRCP or equivalent
  • Must have experience in Brain and Vascular Imaging, Stroke Thrombolysis, and Running TIA clinics
  • Right to work in the UK
  • Fully GMC Registered
  • Provide 2 referee contact details
