Scope of Work
Conduct comprehensive assessments and diagnoses following NHS pathways for ADHD and Autism (ASD) patients.
Key Responsibilities
- Award 2-hour ADHD assessments comprising a 1‑hour notes review and a 1‑hour assessment/diagnosis.
- Lead ASD assessments, split into ADIR and ADOS components, each approximately 2–3 hours, with two clinicians completing each part.
- Participate in peer MDT diagnostic discussions, with senior clinician support where needed.
- Provide clear, compassionate feedback to families.
- Generate accurate clinical reports with diagnostic formulations, assisted by AI tools.
- Meet service KPIs efficiently.
- Deliver clinical supervision where applicable.
- Consult with other clinicians, quality‑check assessment reports, and contribute to service development projects.
- Travel to the clinic base for in‑person assessments (hybrid only).
