About the Role
Our client is looking for an experienced Architectural Technician or Technical Architect to join their Development Consultancy team in London. This role focuses on existing buildings and requires strong technical expertise in Revit and RIBA Stages 3 & 4.
Key responsibilities include:
- Producing high-quality technical drawing packages.
- Leading detailed design and technical delivery.
- Ensuring compliance with building regulations and best practices.
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to develop and refine project designs.

About You
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience working on technical drawing packages.
- Expert-level proficiency in Revit, with experience in Stages 3 & 4.
- Strong technical detailing skills and a solid understanding of UK building regulations.
- A passion for working on existing buildings and refurbishments.
- A team-oriented approach, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
