A Landscape Architecture and environmental design practice based in Newcastle upon Tyne, working nationally across education, healthcare, regeneration and infrastructure. The practice brings together landscape architecture, urban design and environmental expertise to deliver thoughtful, people-focused places. Projects are underpinned by a strong commitment to nature-based solutions, biodiversity, SuDS and sustainability, alongside high-quality technical delivery and long-term stewardship.

Employee ownership is central to the culture of the business, creating a collaborative environment where staff are invested in the success of the practice and supported in their professional development.

The practice is looking to strengthen its senior team with two complementary Senior Landscape Architect appointments, both full-time and permanent. The roles are intended to balance expertise across delivery, design and client engagement:

  • Senior Landscape Architect – Education & Delivery Focus: A technically strong role leading education sector projects from concept through to construction. The position will involve detailed design, coordination with multidisciplinary teams, and supporting junior staff through project delivery.
  • Senior Landscape Architect – Design, Planning & Client Focus: A design-led role with a strong emphasis on concept development, planning support and client engagement. This position will suit someone confident contributing at early project stages, working with stakeholders and building long-term client relationships.

Both roles offer meaningful responsibility, influence over project outcomes, and the opportunity to play a key role within an employee-owned practice.

  • Senior-level experience within a UK landscape architecture practice
  • Chartered Member of the Landscape Institute (CMLI), or actively working towards Chartership via the Pathway
