A RIBA Chartered architectural practice is seeking an Architectural Technician to join its team working on residential-led projects including apartment schemes and housing developments.
The role will focus on producing technical design information across RIBA Stages 3–5, working closely with architects, consultants, and contractors to deliver coordinated construction documentation.
Key Requirements- Minimum 3 years’ UK project experience in architectural practice
- Experience delivering residential projects, including apartments and housing
- Strong construction knowledge and technical detailing ability
- Experience across RIBA Stages 3–5
- Revit proficiency required (AutoCAD beneficial)
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Flexible working hours
- Hybrid working (1 day per week from home)
- Pension scheme
- 22 days annual leave + bank holidays, increasing with service
