Our client is an established multidisciplinary studio practice located on the South Coast. With a team of 12 dedicated ecologists, the company boasts a diverse and expanding workload. About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Ecologist to join the team, offering a salary of £40K+. This is a pivotal role within the practice, where you will serve as the number two person in the ecology group. Supported by the Principal Ecologist and the Director, you will help lead and grow a team of field ecologists and junior staff. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing consultancy expertise and conducting ecological assessments.
- Mentoring junior team members and supporting their professional development.
- Reviewing project work to ensure high standards and compliance with relevant regulations.
- Contributing to the development and expansion of the ecology team.
