We’re partnering with a leading international architecture practice delivering large-scale industrial and retail schemes across the UK and globally. With a strong pipeline of work and continued team growth, they are looking to strengthen their technical delivery team with an experienced BIM Technician.
This is a key support role within a growing industrial and retail team, focused on high-quality technical delivery across complex, large-scale projects.
You will work closely with Architects and senior leadership to develop, coordinate, and deliver detailed Revit models and drawing packages across multiple project stages.
- Produce and manage detailed Revit models and technical drawing packages
- Support project teams across all RIBA stages, with a strong focus on delivery
- Coordinate information with architects, consultants, and wider project teams
- Maintain and improve BIM standards, workflows, and model quality
- Contribute to efficient, high-quality project delivery across the team
You will be a strong BIM Technician or Technologist with proven experience working on large-scale projects.
- Advanced Revit capability
- Experience working on large-scale retail projects is preferred; industrial, logistics, or data centre project experience will also be considered
- 29 days annual leave (including Christmas shutdown allocation)
- Pension with 5% employer contribution (matched)
- Life assurance (3x salary)
