As the practice continues to grow, they are seeking a Communications & PR Coordinator to join their London studio and play a key role in shaping and amplifying the firm's voice across global markets.
The Role
Reporting closely to senior leadership, you will support the development and delivery of the studio's communications, public relations, and brand strategies.
This is a highly visible position requiring a proactive communicator who can confidently engage with internal stakeholders, media contacts, and industry networks while helping to elevate the practice's profile internationally.
The successful candidate will combine strong storytelling abilities with excellent organisational skills and a genuine interest in architecture, design, and the built environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the implementation of integrated communications and PR strategies aligned with the studio's business objectives and brand positioning.
- Build and maintain relationships with journalists, media outlets, industry organisations, and external stakeholders.
- Draft and coordinate press releases, media statements, project announcements, thought leadership content, and award submissions.
- Assist in the planning and delivery of media campaigns, events, and strategic communications initiatives.
- Monitor media coverage, industry trends, and public sentiment, providing insights and recommendations to leadership.
- Coordinate content creation across digital, social media, and traditional communication channels.
- Support the management of the studio's social media presence, ensuring consistency of messaging and brand identity.
- Prepare internal communications, newsletters, and company‑wide updates.
- Collaborate closely with design, marketing, and leadership teams to ensure cohesive communication across all touchpoints.
- Assist with crisis communications and issues management when required.
Skills & Experience
- Proven experience (5 years plus) within a communications, public relations, or marketing role, ideally gained within architecture, design, creative industries, or professional services.
- Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills with the ability to tailor content to different audiences.
- Experience delivering successful PR campaigns across digital, print, and social media platforms.
- Strong understanding of media relations and stakeholder engagement.
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, particularly In Design, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
- Experience using social media management and analytics platforms.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or a related discipline is advantageous.
