About the Role
As a Proposals/Bid Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the company’s business growth by managing the preparation, submission, and coordination of high-quality proposals and bids. You will work closely with internal teams to ensure all submissions are tailored to client needs and reflect the company’s standards of excellence. Your expertise in contract administration will also be highly valued as part of your contribution to the team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage proposals, bids, and tender documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with client requirements.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders, including architects, designers, and project managers, to gather necessary input for bid preparation.
- Oversee the entire bidding process from RFP analysis to submission and post-bid follow-up.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and maintain a pipeline of potential projects.
- Ensure timely delivery of proposals and maintain an organised database of submissions.
