Their Oxford studio is home to a collaborative team of urban designers, landscape architects, planners, and environmental consultants, working together to create people-focused, sustainable, and inspiring places across the UK.

About the Role

We are seeking a talented Senior / Principal Landscape Architect with 2–5 years’ experience to play a key role in shaping innovative landscape and urban design projects. You will contribute to all RIBA stages, from concept design through to delivery, working closely with clients, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams. Key responsibilities include:

  • Producing high-quality graphics, drawings, and presentations to clearly communicate design ideas.
  • Collaborating with colleagues and external stakeholders to achieve successful project outcomes.
  • Supporting business development through client engagement and relationship building.
  • Contributing to a creative and supportive studio environment.

About You

We are looking for a creative and motivated landscape architect with:

  • A recognised qualification in landscape architecture (urban design experience desirable but not essential).
  • Strong design skills supported by solid technical knowledge.
  • Excellent graphic communication skills, with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, AutoCAD, and ideally Revit.
  • Experience working across all RIBA stages.
  • Confidence in client-facing roles and the ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams.
