A well established multidisciplinary design practice with studios across the UK and Ireland is looking to grow its landscape team. The studio works collaboratively across landscape, architecture, masterplanning and interiors, delivering a wide range of projects across education, healthcare and public realm. They have a strong design culture, a genuinely supportive team environment and a growing pipeline of work across Ireland. The practice is employee owned, offering a clear sense of involvement in the direction and success of the business.
This is a senior level position, taking on a Project Leader role within the landscape team. You will be leading projects across Ireland, working closely with multidisciplinary teams and supporting the delivery of schemes from concept through to construction. The role includes:
- Leading multiple projects across a range of sectors
- Working closely with architects and wider design teams
- Supporting and mentoring junior team members
- Managing client relationships and project delivery
- Contributing to high quality design output across all stages
Projects include education, healthcare and large scale public realm, with schemes recognised across industry awards.
About you
- Chartered Landscape Architect (CMLI or ILI)
- Around 8+ years post chartership experience
- Strong experience leading projects within multidisciplinary teams
- Confident across all stages from concept through to delivery
- Strong design, communication and presentation skills
- Experience mentoring or supporting junior team members
Ideally you will also have:
- Experience working on education or public sector projects
- Knowledge of the Irish planning system
- Experience delivering large scale projects
- Understanding of BIM and collaborative workflows
Skills
- AutoCAD essential, Revit beneficial
- Adobe Creative Suite
- NBS specification writing
- Good understanding of BIM
Desirable:
- LVIA experience
- GIS
- Additional technical or assessment experience
