We are working with a leading international practice working across the UK and Europe, delivering complex projects in data centres, life sciences, residential and commercial sectors. The studio is BIM-led and focused on strong technical delivery across all RIBA stages. They are looking for a Senior Architect or Associate Architect to join their London team and take a lead role on technically complex projects.
The Role
- Lead projects across all RIBA stages
- Deliver detailed technical design and construction packages
- Act as technical lead on data centre and life sciences projects
- Manage BIM workflows and Revit delivery
- Coordinate consultant teams and project information
- Support and mentor junior team members
- Work with clients and support project delivery decisions
Requirements
- ARB Architect or experienced Architectural Technologist
- Strong technical delivery experience across all stages
- Must have experience in data centres and life sciences
- Strong Revit and BIM coordination skills - Essential
- Good understanding of UK Building Regulations and detailing
- Experience leading technical packages and project coordination
- Confident working with consultants and project teams
Salary & Benefits
- £65,000 – £75,000 depending on experience
