We are looking to speak with experienced and talented Project Architects to work on bespoke private residential projects.
You will deliver projects across all RIBA work stages, bringing thorough knowledge of construction detailing and regulations.

Plan and deliver programmes of work, adjusting priorities and schedules to meet project deadlines.
Lead or contribute effectively within complex, multi-agency project teams, while also operating independently when required.
Take responsibility for project financial control, including budgets, resources and profitability reporting.

Thorough knowledge of UK planning, building regulations, building systems, construction types, building contracts and contract administration.
Able to manage a complex workload, gain trust quickly and work effectively alone or as part of a team.
Willingness to travel within the UK.
