I’m working with a world-renowned architectural practice looking for an Architectural Technician to join their Winchester studio. The practice works across bespoke private residential, historic and listed buildings, conservation, residential developments and masterplanning, with a strong focus on traditional and classical architecture.
This is a technically focused role, ideal for a Technician with 3+ years’ experience and a strong understanding of construction detailing and technical delivery.
You’ll ideally have:
- 3+ years’ experience in architectural practice
- Strong technical and construction detailing experience
- Experience across multiple RIBA stages
- Good knowledge of UK building regulations
- Residential experience, ideally high-end or bespoke
- Strong coordination and communication skills
- ArchiCAD experience is advantageous but not essential
