I’m currently working with a growing architectural practice looking to hire an Architectural Technician or Senior Architectural Technician for its Chelmsford team. Working on large-scale developer-led residential projects, this opportunity would suit someone with solid UK residential experience and strong AutoCAD skills.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years’ UK residential experience
  • Experience working on developer-led residential projects
  • Strong technical and working drawing ability
  • AutoCAD essential
  • Good knowledge of UK building regulations is essential
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
