I’m currently working with a growing architectural practice looking to hire an Architectural Technician or Senior Architectural Technician for its Chelmsford team. Working on large-scale developer-led residential projects, this opportunity would suit someone with solid UK residential experience and strong AutoCAD skills.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years’ UK residential experience
- Experience working on developer-led residential projects
- Strong technical and working drawing ability
- AutoCAD essential
- Good knowledge of UK building regulations is essential
- Strong communication and organisational skills
