We are working with a leading international architecture practice delivering complex projects across the UK and Europe within the data centre, life sciences, residential and commercial sectors.

They are looking to appoint a

Architect to join their London team.

This role will focus on planning applications, feasibility studies and early-stage project development.

Sector experience is flexible—the priority is finding someone with strong UK planning knowledge and the ability to assess and develop sites through the planning process.

The Role

  • Produce planning and feasibility studies for a range of projects
  • Prepare planning applications and supporting information
  • Liaise with clients, consultants and local authorities
  • Support project teams through the planning stages
  • Assist and mentor junior team members
  • Work closely with clients to develop project strategies

Requirements

  • ARB Registered Architect
  • Strong UK planning and feasibility experience is essential
  • Revit experience preferred
  • Good understanding of the UK planning system and planning policy
  • Strong communication and client-facing skills
  • Confident working with consultants and multidisciplinary teams
  • This role would require UK planning experience and right to work in the UK
  • Salary & Benefits
  • £45,000 – £52,000 depending on experience
  • Hybrid working (1 day working from home per week)
