An international architecture practice is looking to appoint a Junior BIM Coordinator to join its growing technical team in London. This is an excellent opportunity for a BIM Technician looking to take the next step in their career while working on large-scale industrial and retail developments across the UK.
Working alongside experienced BIM Coordinators, Architects and project teams, you'll support the production and coordination of Revit models, maintain BIM standards, and help deliver technically complex projects from concept through to completion.
The Role
- Support the coordination and delivery of BIM models across multiple projects
- Produce and develop detailed Revit models and technical drawing packages
- Coordinate information with architects, consultants and external disciplines
- Assist with clash detection model reviews and technical coordination
- Help maintain BIM standards and best practice across the team.
Requirements
- Strong Revit experience.
- Experience working on UK-based architectural projects is essential
- Background within industrial retail, logistics or data centre projects is advantageous
- Good understanding of UK construction detailing and technical delivery
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Full right to work in the UK is essential
