You’re confident leading teams, managing projects, and delivering high-quality technical outputs. You enjoy mentoring others and want to play a meaningful role in team development and business growth.

You bring:
- Expertise in BNG (DEFRA Metric 4.0+), EIA, and EcIA
- Strong report writing, review, and project management skills
- Protected species licences (e.g. bats, GCN, dormouse)
- Degree in ecology/environment and Full CIEEM membership (Chartered or working toward)
