We’re partnering with a globally recognised architecture studio delivering large-scale retail, commercial, and mixed-use projects. Known for technical excellence, strong client relationships, and highly coordinated delivery, the practice is continuing to grow following multiple major project wins in the big-box retail sector.
This is an Associate-level position within a busy retail/logistics team, focused on delivery, technical leadership, and client engagement rather than production. You’ll take ownership of major retail and logistics schemes across all RIBA stages, ensuring projects are delivered to a high technical and commercial standard.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading large-scale retail and logistics projects through RIBA stages
- Overseeing delivery, coordination, and programme control
- Reviewing and coordinating Revit-based technical packages
- Acting as key client lead on complex projects
- Managing contractual and commercial delivery aspects
- Supporting senior leadership on project and team growth

About You
You are an experienced Architect or Associate with strong UK delivery experience in large-scale commercial, retail, or logistics projects. You will bring:
- Proven experience on large-scale UK projects (retail/logistics essential)
- Strong technical knowledge with a focus on coordination and drawing review
- Advanced Revit capability
- Experience in project delivery, consultant coordination, and programme control
- Commercial and contractual awareness
- Confident client-facing communication skills
- A delivery-driven, detail-focused mindset
- Big-box retail/logistics sector experience is highly desirable.
