About the role:
We are seeking a hands-on, all-round Lead Engineer with strong expertise in mobile device repair, testing, and technical operations. You will provide end-to-end technical guidance—from equipment setup and workflow design to compliance, quality standards, and technical team management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead setup and optimization of technical operations, including repair stations, testing equipment, and quality inspection processes.
  • Provide expert technical guidance on mobile device diagnostics, repair, and component replacement.
  • Define and implement workflows to meet UK/EU quality and compliance standards.
  • Recruit, train, and manage technical staff.
  • Collaborate with suppliers and partners to integrate advanced technologies.
  • Serve as the primary technical advisor to the CEO, ensuring smooth technical operations.

Requirements:

  • Proven hands-on experience in mobile phone repair, refurbishment, or electronics service operations.
  • Strong knowledge of diagnostics, component-level repair, and quality inspection.
  • Experience in technical operations setup or management.
  • Familiarity with UK/EU compliance standards (CE, WEEE, RoHS).
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Bachelor\’s degree in Electronics, Engineering, or equivalent professional experience.
