Seeking an experienced Senior Civil Engineer and Civil 3D Expert (10+ years) for a dynamic remote contract role. Supervise junior team members and lead delivery of varied civil engineering projects internationally, with full flexibility and growth opportunities.
Job Description
- Contract role (outside IR35), 100% remote with global work eligibility
- Supervise and mentor junior engineers; actively engage in project delivery
- Advance civil engineering projects across residential, commercial, highways, and utilities sectors
- Specialize in Civil 3D modelling, photorealistic rendering, and BIM clash detection
- Manage and develop team and project processes with autonomy and creativity
- Apply mastery in Civil 3D: Surfaces, Corridors, Feature Lines, Points, Pipe/Pressure Networks
- Self-driven, optimistic, and enthusiastic about supporting and learning with the team
- Demonstrated experience (3+ years) in team and project management
Requirements
- 10+ years experience as a Civil Engineer and Civil 3D specialist (land development)
- Advanced Civil 3D skills (practical assessment required)
- Track record in managing teams/projects (3+ years)
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and organisational skills
- Ability to \”hit the ground running\” on remote projects
