Responsibilities
- The role will be responsible for maintaining and supporting Locogen’s key business systems and IT infrastructure during maternity cover, across the entire Locogen Group.
- Business System Management / Stewardship – oversee day‑to‑day operation of systems such as HubSpot, Kantata, SharePoint, ensuring correct usage, data quality, and alignment with processes. Monitor system adoption and performance, identify gaps, training needs, and opportunities to improve efficiency. Support onboarding and off‑boarding processes across systems, manage permissions and records.
- System Administration – manage user accounts, permissions, installations, and provide training guides and help‑desk services. Administer Microsoft 365 globally, oversee licensing, security policies, compliance, and tenant‑wide configuration. Manage Entra ID / Identity configuration, including provisioning, groups, conditional access, MFA, and governance. Maintain documentation of system configurations, workflows, standards, and procedures. Support system upgrades, integrations, and enhancements, coordinate with vendors.
- IT Support & Maintenance – first point of contact for internal IT support, maintain infrastructure (printers, switches, routers, servers), handle procurement, inventory, disposal of hardware, coordinate third‑party resources, and enforce cybersecurity best practices.
Key Skills and Experience

- Experience as a Microsoft 365 Global Administrator (Users, Licenses, Teams, SharePoint, Exchange, Entra ID).
- Experience administering business systems such as HubSpot or Kantata.
- Experience providing IT support to end users in a professional environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to support both technical and non‑technical users.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and provide responsive user support.
- Experience supporting consultancy or professional services teams.
- Knowledge of automation or integration tools (Power Automate, Zapier).
- Awareness of information security and GDPR best practice.
- French‑speaking ability (helpful but not essential).
- Data handling and reporting skills, familiarity with dashboards and exports.
