We’re looking for an AI Product Designer to design and ship player experiences for Avakin Life using AI-first workflows. This role sits at the heart of cross-functional squads, working closely with Product and Engineering Teams to continuously improve core player journeys, LiveOps features, and monetisation systems. This is not about big concepts that sit in decks, it’s about iteration, experimentation, and shipping value every week. You’ll combine strong hands-on design with fast execution, using tools like Claude and generative AI to deliver high-quality work at speed.
Key Responsibilities
- Design & Product Impact
- Design end-to-end player journeys across features, systems, and LiveOps
- Translate product and commercial goals into intuitive, high-performing experiences
- Deliver features that improve engagement, retention, and monetisation
- AI-First Execution
- Use tools like Claude, Figma AI, and generative workflows to accelerate design
- Prototype and test ideas quickly to validate assumptions
- Continuously refine AI-driven workflows to increase team velocity
- Experimentation & Optimisation Support
- Support A/B testing and iterative improvements
- Use data, insight, and player behaviour to inform design decisions
- Focus on continuous optimisation rather than one-off releases
- Collaboration
- Work closely with Product and Engineering to shape and prioritise the roadmap
- Align with Art and Creative to ensure quality and consistency
- Present work clearly, explaining decisions and trade-offs
Skills & Experience
- Experience in product/UX/UI design (games, mobile, or live service preferred)
- Strong portfolio demonstrating shipped features and measurable impact
- Experience working in cross-functional, agile teams
- AI Skills (Essential)
- Hands-on experience with Claude, ChatGPT, Figma AI, Midjourney or similar
- Ability to use AI to generate, iterate, and refine design outputs
- Core Strengths
