This is not about big concepts that sit in decks, it’s about iteration, experimentation, and shipping value every week. You’ll combine strong hands-on design with fast execution, using tools like Claude and generative AI to deliver high-quality work at speed.

Design & Product Impact

  • Translate product and commercial goals into intuitive, high-performing experiences
  • Deliver features that improve engagement, retention, and monetisation

AI-First Execution

  • Use tools like Claude, Figma AI, and generative workflows to accelerate design
  • Prototype and test ideas quickly to validate assumptions
  • Continuously refine AI-driven workflows to increase team velocity

Experimentation & Optimisation

  • Support A/B testing and iterative improvements
  • Use data, insight, and player behaviour to inform design decisions
  • Focus on continuous optimisation rather than one-off releases

Collaboration

  • Work closely with Product and Engineering to shape and prioritise the roadmap
  • Align with Art and Creative to ensure quality and consistency
  • Present work clearly, explaining decisions and trade-offs

Skills & Experience

  • Experience in product/UX/UI design (games, mobile, or live service preferred)
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating shipped features and measurable impact
  • Experience working in cross-functional, agile teams

AI Skills (Essential)

  • Hands-on experience with Claude, ChatGPT, Figma AI, Midjourney or similar
  • Ability to use AI to generate, iterate, and refine design outputs

  • Ability to work quickly and pragmatically in a fast-paced environment
  • Clear communicator who can simplify complex problems
  • Proactive and accountable, taking ownership of delivery

Nice to Have

  • Experience with LiveOps, in-game economies, or monetisation systems
  • Familiarity with experimentation and growth frameworks
  • Experience contributing to design systems

What Success Looks Like

  • Features ship quickly and consistently, not just conceptually
  • AI tools are used effectively to increase speed and output quality
  • Designs drive measurable improvements in engagement and retention

Benefits

  • Private Healthcare Plan
  • Pension Plan
  • Life Assurance
  • Work From Home
  • Training & Development
