Responsibilities
An excellent opportunity has arisen to join our central marketing team as Senior Marketing Manager on a fixed-term maternity cover contract. This role will play an integral part in the Marketing, Communications and Brand senior team. Reporting to the Head of Marketing for UK and Europe, you will require excellent knowledge and a proven track record of leading, driving, and delivering marketing strategy that builds clear brand value, inspires and engages our target audiences, and demonstrates ROI with clear and measurable business results.
As the marketing lead for Continental Europe (new country expansions and existing country support) and our Industry Practices (Mining, Energy & Power, Healthcare, plus new practices to be launched), you will be the trusted advisor for all aspects of marketing and act as a fundamental facilitator to help each business division achieve their commercial goals and growth aspirations. You will need to collaborate closely with the central marketing’s team of designers, content writers, communications specialists, digital marketing specialists and external agencies to deliver compelling multi-channel campaigns for each business division and their target audience clusters.
